1. First power off your phone.
   
2. Then press and hold together Volume Down + Power button.
   
3. Next when the led of the bottom of the phone lights on,touch and hold theMenu key with your right hand.
   
4. Now if you feel that phone vibrates, then release Power button.
   
5. Release all the keys of the phone before Lg logo disappears.
6. After that your phone will restarts.
